Payment Data: For subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store, payment data (e.g., payment method, transaction ID) is processed by Google. We receive only confirmation of payment, not direct payment data.

Contractual Necessity: Processing your email address and shopping list data is necessary to provide the synchronization feature. Payment data is processed to fulfill subscription agreements.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We share your personal information with the following third parties:

We do not share your personal information with other third parties unless required by law or with your express consent.

Your shopping list data and email address are stored on Supabase servers in the United States, in compliance with applicable U.S. privacy laws. No data is transferred to other countries.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined or as required by law:

Email addresses and shopping list data are deleted upon account termination, or within 30 days thereafter, unless legal retention obligations apply.
Payment data is retained by Google in accordance with its privacy policies. We do not store payment data.

Under applicable U.S. laws, such as the CCPA, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access: You may request information about the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate data.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
